Below is one of my hatchlings emerging from its egg on May 15, 2004.  The pic at left is of one of my adults years ago when it was changing to green, and the two pics at the bottom are of one male (left) and the breeding female (right).  Each neonate is about 12" (30.5 cm) in total length.   Bill & I probed them very carefully and got a ratio of 5.5 of them.
